Sinkto.Link is a powerful link management platform designed for teams and individuals who need to create, manage, and track short links. Our platform offers:

Creating a short link with Sinkto.Link is easy:

1. Sign in to your Sinkto.Link account
2. Navigate to your dashboard
3. Click the "Create Link" button
4. Enter your long URL
5. Customize your short link (optional)
6. Click "Create"

Your new short link is ready to use instantly!

Yes — the free plan is genuinely unlimited: unlimited short links, unlimited team members, click analytics, password protection, QR codes, and UTM tracking. For comparison, Bitly's free plan allows 5 links/month and TinyURL's 30. See the full plan comparison.

Pro ($9/mo or $79/yr) adds custom domains (up to 3 per team) and per-link social previews. Everything free stays free.

No — links you create keep working forever. You can optionally set an expiration date per link, but nothing expires by default.

To invite team members to your Sinkto.Link workspace:

1. Go to the "Teams" page from the sidebar
2. Click the "Invite Member" button in the team header
3. Enter the person's email address and choose their role (Admin or Member)
4. Click "Send Invitation"

They'll receive an email invitation, and you can track or resend pending invitations on the team's "Invitations" tab.

Sinkto.Link offers three team roles with different permissions:

• Owner: Full access to all features, and team management
• Admin: Can manage links, view analytics, and add/remove members
• Member: Can create and manage links assigned to them

Custom domains are available on the Pro plan, and each team can connect up to 3 of them. Here is the setup flow:

1. Purchase a domain from a domain registrar
2. In your Sinkto.Link dashboard, go to "Teams" → the "Domains" tab
3. Click "Add Domain" and enter your domain
4. At your registrar, add the TXT record we show you to prove ownership, plus the CNAME record that routes traffic to us
5. Come back and click "Verify" — DNS changes usually apply within 5 minutes, but can take up to 48 hours

Once verified, new short links use your custom domain, and every existing link keeps working on both sinkto.link and your own domain.

Yes. Every short link includes a free link click counter that updates in real time — no setup required. Beyond the total, each click records its country and city, device and browser, and referrer source, and there is no click limit on the free plan.

Yes. Custom social previews are available on the Pro plan and let you control exactly what WhatsApp, X, Facebook, Slack, Discord, and other apps show when your short link is shared. To set one up:

1. Open the "Create Link" dialog, or edit an existing link
2. Continue to the options step and expand the "Social Preview" section
3. Enter the title, description, and image URL you want crawlers to see
4. Leave the image URL empty and we generate a branded card for you automatically

Links without a custom preview keep showing the destination page's own card, exactly as before. Note that social platforms cache previews, so if you change a link that has already been shared, ask the platform to fetch it again — for example with the Facebook Sharing Debugger.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the sign-in page
2. Click "Forgot password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for a password reset link
5. Create a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Access your account settings from "Account Settings" in the sidebar (or via your profile picture in the top-right corner). From there, you can update your profile information, change your password, and manage billing.

To delete your account:

1. Go to "Settings" → "Account"
2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
3. Confirm by entering your password
4. Click "Permanently Delete Account"

Warning: This action is irreversible. All your data, including links and analytics, will be permanently deleted.
